Shipping & Delivery Information

We specialize in shipping artisan cheese and cheese gift boxes safely and efficiently, so your order arrives fresh, cold, and ready to enjoy.

Whether you’re ordering cheese for yourself or sending a gift, we take great care in every shipment.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
If you’re unsure whether we ship to your area, feel free to contact us before ordering.

How We Ship Cheese

Cheese is perishable, and we ship it accordingly:

  • Orders are packed with insulated materials and cold packs

  • We ship via expedited shipping to ensure freshness

  • Every order is packed by hand with care

Shipping Days

To avoid packages sitting over the weekend:

  • Orders ship Monday through Wednesday

  • Orders placed after Wednesday may ship the following week

  • We do not ship on holidays

This helps ensure your cheese arrives in the best possible condition.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, additional cold packs may be used.
Please note:

  • Once a package is delivered, it should be refrigerated promptly

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or extreme weather

If you have concerns about shipping during hot weather, reach out.  We’re happy to help you decide the best timing.

Gift Boxes

Shipping addresses can be entered at checkout.   If you are sending gift boxes to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.  You may also contact us directly for multiple address shipments.
If your order is a gift, we do not include pricing in the box.

Want to include a gift message?  Add your note at checkout and we’ll include it for you.

Local pickup is available at our shop:
